This policy explains how Linalg LLC (“Linalg”, “we”) handles personal information collected through linalg.ai and while delivering services.

This website

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts and has no forms. Your light or dark theme choice stays in your own browser. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and pages requested to deliver and protect it (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).

What you send us

When you email or call, we receive your contact details and your message, and use them to answer you, prepare a quote and deliver the work. Documents and data you give us for a project are used only for that project, kept only as long as the work and record-keeping rules require, and never sold, rented or used for advertising. Government project data stays on US-controlled infrastructure.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives your card details directly. Linalg never sees or stores full card numbers.

Who we share with

Only the service providers we need to run the business (hosting, email, payment processing, accounting) and, for a specific project, a subcontractor named in your order. We disclose information when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information as defined there. Email sinh@linalg.ai and we reply within 30 days.
